뉴질랜드 주유소 커피, 스타벅스 커피보다 소비자 만족 크다

뉴질랜드 BP 주유소 안에서 운영되는  "Wild Bean Cafe"가  스타벅스, 콜롬버스 등 9개 대형 프랜차이즈 카페보다 더 인기를 끌고 있다는 조사 결과가 발표됐다. 


최근  Canstar Blue customer satisfaction survey 에 따르면 Wild Bean Cafe는
 Most Satisfied Customers - Coffee Shop Chains 2014을 수상했다. 

 

이 설문조사는  The Coffee Club,  Starbucks 그리고 Columbus Coffee 등  뉴질랜드 내 대형 9개 커피 프랜차이즈점을 대상으로 집계됐다. 

Wild Bean Cafe 는 일반이 여론조사에서 메뉴 옵션, 커피 맛, 가격 등 8개 항목 중 7개 부문에서 별 다섯개를 받았다. 

반면 다른 경쟁 카페들은 대부분 별 3-4개에 그쳤다. 

   

Wild Bean Cafe는 전국 BP 주유소 안에 총 82개 점포를 운영하고 있다.

Graham emphasises that a major focus for Wild Bean Cafe is to provide an environment that is not only inviting to customers but dispels some of the myths around food choices when out and about.

"We all tend to remember road trips fondly but not so much stopping at some service stations along the way for food. Those days are well and truly gone, we have revolutionised our industry, so much so we are now outperforming the established coffee chains."

Wild Bean Cafe has recently expanded its menu with more options being added to the breakfast selection with particular attention to ensure a range of healthy food options.

"We now have over 100 different breakfast deals that can be created from our menu options, there is certainly something to suit everyone’s tastes."

The Canstar Blue survey asked consumers to rate ten major New Zealand coffee shop chains including, Esquires Coffee House, Muffin Break and Mojo Coffee on a range of categories.

"Our hard working team of cafe staff and highly skilled baristas across the country are integral to achieving outstanding results like this. We have come a long way since ‘kiwi gas stop’ days and we will continue to be innovative and delight our coffee connoisseurs and motorists alike," concludes Graham.

gained five stars in seven of the eight categories, measured by public opinion, including menu options, taste of coffee, service and value for money, while the competitors assessed received mostly three and four stars.
