타우랑가 바리스타 코스(4주)에 관심 있는 분들 계신가요?

오늘 오전에 NTEC 콘코르디아 타우랑가 캠퍼스에서 저희 사무실을 찾아오셨어요.

 

2년전인가 바리스타 (커피 메이킹)코스를 따로 만들어 한국 어머님들이 많이 좋아하셨었어요.

그래서 올 하반기에도 혹시 오전 수업(주 2회) , 4주간 하시면서 바리스카 자격증을 딸 수 있도록

코스를 마련을 하고 있어요. 

 

*원래 아래 코스 일정표는 오후 4시부터 시작되는 저녁 코스입니다.

 우리 어머님들을 위해서는 오전 10시 ~ 오후 1시까지 ,. 오전반으로 준비를 해달라고 요청을 해놓은

상태입니다.

Certificate of Achievement – Barista

This course gives candidates a comprehensive knowledge of barista skills. The programme includes the history and evolution of coffee, espresso technology and the production of all coffee recipes requested in today’s café society.

The course consists of NZQA Unit Standards:

17284 - Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origin and production: Level 3, Credits 3

17288 - Prepare and present espresso beverages for service: Level 3, Credits 5

 

On completion of this module student will be able to:

Ø  Demonstrate knowledge of: coffee origins, beans, harvesting, organic, fair trade requirements, roasting, blending, decaffeination, and storage and handling

Ø  Prepare espresso equipment and ingredients

Ø  Extract espresso, and explain potential problems with espresso and espresso equipment

Ø  Prepare milk, and explain potential problems with preparing milk for espresso beverages

Ø   Present espresso beverages for service.

March 20th - April 11th

May 1st – May 23rd

June 5th – June 27th

July 17th – August 1st

August 28th – September 19th

October 9th – October 31st

November 20th – December 12th

Classes are conducted on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 till 7 over 4 consecutive weeks.
